SEMA 2022: What Exhibitors Need to Know

Registration for an exhibitor’s spot at SEMA Show 2022 is open and now is the time to be preparing for the largest automotive specialty-equipment trade show in the world. The event takes place at the Las Vegas Convention Center from November 1, 2022 through November 4, 2022. At Pyramid Logistics, we want you to be as prepared for SEMA Show 2022 as you can be. Here’s what you need to know as an exhibitor before you travel to Las Vegas this November.

Who is Attending the SEMA 2022?

According to the SEMA Show Exhibitor’s Lookbook, 57% of buyers attending the show are executives making buying decisions and 30% hold positions of influence when it comes to buying for their companies. Industry leaders and researchers alike will be roaming the exhibitor’s halls and looking for new and innovative tools that can revolutionize the automotive industry. This is your opportunity to make a mark and showcase your product to those who can take your products around the globe.

SEMA Show buyers are 75% more likely to buy from a company that exhibits at the SEMA Show and that’s due to the quality and innovation of exhibitors who make an impression year after year.

Vehicle Display at SEMA 2022

One of the most exciting aspects of SEMA Show is the ability to display vehicles and large-scale accessories. With the impressive amount of floor space available in the exhibitors’ spaces, it makes showing your products easy. The show does offer on-site vehicle display assistance, but there are some guidelines to keep in mind before you bring your car to the Las Vegas Convention Center.

  • First and foremost, you must fill out this application for vehicle display
  • Placement of your vehicle is solely up to the show management team and there is no guarantee of particular placement on the show floor. If you are hoping for prime placement, you may want to register sooner rather than later.
  • Registration for vehicle display on July 29th.
  • There will be no refunds or cancellations available after July 29th.

For more information on vehicle registration, you can check out the exhibitor’s page.

If you need help transporting your show vehicle to Las Vegas, you can rely on Pyramid Logistics. Our privately-owned fleet can safely ship your vehicle from anywhere in the country right to the SEMA Show.
