RSNA 2022 will be taking place from November 27 to December 1, with technical exhibits open until November 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT. However, there are a handful of deadlines to consider after registering for the RSNA exhibits:

• • October 14, 2022: Deadline for EAC registration, booth photography and videography request form, and RSNAnet hardline internet advance. 
  • October 20, 2022: Advance warehouse opens up for advance freight shipments.
  • October 21, 2022: Deadline for booth presentation request, live scanning request, press conference request, giveaway request, and raffle notification. 
  • October 31, 2022: Deadline for exhibit space application.

Pricing for RSNA differs between in-person and virtual sign-ups, with certain discounts if you’re an RSNA or AAPM member. Students and members-in-training will also receive a discounted rate. Here’s a breakdown of the pricing packages available to you:
