We had several clients showcase their work at this convention, which led us to transport over 50 truckloads of specialty items for the displays. For gaming events like E3, companies are known to create incredibly impressive, large displays for attendees to interact with.
We partner with agencies and exhibitors who entrust us to provide all of the logistics for a multitude of entertainment companies. We spent the week prior helping clients such as Activision, Namco Bandai, SEGA, Epic Games/Fortnite, Natsume, Oculus VR, Performance Designed Products, Techland, and THQ with inbound transportation and set up.

Once the show was over, we headed back to Los Angeles to pick up the intricate displays for break-down, transportation, and storage. With an event this large, it can be difficult loading and transporting all of the truckloads at once. We took 47 trucks back for break down and carefully scheduled staggered times in which we could pick up and transport the items back to our clients. For some clients, this means we could be storing their displays for weeks at a time, therefore we needed to keep each project extremely organized and safe.
