A Harley Davidson and the Open Road

Get Your Motor Runnin’

The lure of the open road and the feel of the
wind on one’s face has caused many to choose to travel by motorcycle instead of by car.  The weekend of April 10-12, motorcycle enthusiasts from far and wide attended the Moto GP Grand Prix event, the Red Bull Grand Prix of the Americas, at the Circuit of the Americas.  Motorcyclists were able to take advantage of demonstration rides of the latest models offered by motorcycle manufacturers.
Fans were also entertained by an exciting array of family-friendly promotions including appearances by Red Bull stunt performers Geoff Aaron and Aaron Colton.

Lookin’ for Adventure

Harley-Davidson, the premier motorcycle manufacturer in the U.S. since 1903, invited prospective customers to attend the event and test ride a Harley! Eligible riders were treated to a 30-minute ride through the beautiful back roads surrounding the Circuit of the Americas on one of 26 custom cruisers. Setting up the Harley's for the eventWhat’s more exciting than that? Talk about born to be wild! Harley-Davidson didn’t trust just any run of the mill trucking company to transport their one-of-a-kind motorcycles. That important task was entrusted to the professionals at Pyramid Logistics. Pyramid Logistics utilized drivers experienced in the handling of motorcycles, to safely transport the 26 custom motorcycles to and from the event. Two specialized trailers and accompanying equipment were necessary to get the job done.  As always, Pyramid Logistics delivered the goods on time and in perfect order.  When it’s got to be done right, count on Pyramid Logistics.
